When you use Silly Questions, we collect:
- Account information: Email address when you sign up (via email, Google, or Apple Sign-In)
- Game data: Player names, answers to questions, and AI-generated images created during gameplay
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, game completion rates (via Google Analytics)
- Payment data: Purchase history and credit balances. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (web) and Apple (iOS) — we never see or store your card details.
- To provide the game experience (creating games, generating images, syncing between players)
- To manage your account and credit balance
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
- To process purchases and prevent fraud
Silly Questions uses AI services (Anthropic Claude and Replicate) to generate questions and images. Your answers are sent to these services to create personalized content. We do not use your answers to train AI models. Generated images are stored temporarily and may be deleted after 30 days.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Database hosting and real-time game sync
- Firebase: Authentication services
- Stripe: Payment processing (web)
- Apple: Payment processing (iOS)
- Anthropic & Replicate: AI content generation
- Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics
- Vercel: Application hosting
- Completed games are automatically deleted after 30 days
- Abandoned games (waiting state) are deleted after 24 hours
- Account data is retained until you request deletion
- Generated images may expire from cloud storage
You can:
- Delete your account by contacting us
- Request a copy of your data
- Opt out of analytics by using browser privacy settings
Silly Questions is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12.
